Our Cancellation Policy
143 Photo Booth wants every customer to have an amazing time with our photo booth at their event. However, we do understand that life throws curve balls into the best laid plans. That is why we want you to know our cancellation policy.
143 Photo Booth will refund any amount you have paid back to you when notification is given 30 days prior to your event. If for whatever the circumstance you cancel 30 days or less before the scheduled date of your event, then we will not be able to offer a refund of any amount, but we will offer you company credit towards a future event. 143 Photo Booth requires a deposit to secure your date, and this prevents us from booking any other potential events for that day. 143 Photo Booth needs at least 30 days to market and to find a replacement for your date if you were to cancel.
We thank you for understanding our cancellation policy, and we will do everything in our power to make sure we can suit your events needs and dates. If you know that your date may be subject to change, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be available for your alternate date and we would be able to move to another date at no extra charge if it is available.

Although we have several photo booth rental packages to choose from, we also love to work with you to create custom quotes based on your budget and needs. Your best bet is to contact us via the form below. You’ll receive an email with our current packages, and we will follow up with you to discuss your event asap.
Flights of Stairs. If We Have to Carry the Photo Booth Upstairs There Will Be a Charge of $25.00 Per Flight. We Will Not Charge If It is Only a Couple of Steps.
Time Spent in Traffic. If We Have to Spend More Than 1 Hour in Traffic, We Will Charge $25.00 for the Additional Time. Example: Downtown San Francisco Event During a Weekday at Rush Hour.
We Will NOT Do Events on SAND.
Outdoor Events Will Be Charged $45.00 Additional.
Any Surfaces That Will Cause The Photo Booth to Become Excessively Dirty Will Be Charged $89.00 Example: Dirt, Gravel, Grass and Etc. Example: An Event at a Ranch.
If Your Guests Damage, Spill Alcohol, Wipe Food/Sauce on Our Props or Curtains; We Will Charge $89.00
If Your Guests Take Our Props Intentionally or Accidentally; We Will Charge You Retail Value for the Missing Prop(s)
Events on Holidays Like: 4th of July, Thanks Giving, Christmas, New Years Eve and Etc. Will Be Charged $150.00 Additional.
